So after i parked my Mustang in Oct of 2014 do to AUX shaft gear eating the third dizzy gear that year (long story) I thought it was time to do some work. The car was an automatic. Now houses a t5 that was done a few years ago along with the turbo swap from an 87 t-bird with a la3.
Now for the list of new mods done over winter until now.
5 lug swap:
Spindles from a 96 Mustang.
axle shafts from USA Stand Gear.
Slotted and drilled rotors from Brake Motive.
New Ball joints from Prime For a 96 to work with the spindles.
All new shocks/struts.
97 gt 5 split spoke wheels.
Turbo:
Holset H1C.
Tube header.
Wynntom Wastegate with opt water cooling. Set at 12 psi until every thing is fore sure safe.
V band set up to my Stinger exhaust.
Custom made upper intake manifold fabbed by yours truly.
Computers:
PIMP computer.
AEM wideband UEGO 30-41110.
Boss radio with in dash 7inch screen.
A MITX computer I built that is running Linux Ubuntu to run Tunerstudio. I call it my "PIMP BOX" and the video/audio is ran the the Boss head unit so I can tune on the fly.
Plus I have everything to lose the Dizzy.
EDIS 4 module.
CPS/Hall.
Coil.
36-1 Trigger wheel from a Crown Vic I believe.
Pig tails. Just need to make a harness and a bracket for the CPS.
This will all be installed after I make sure I can get my PIMP up and running and everything else works with my new mods.
Things it already had:
lfmi from Stinger.
Greaddy Type S know off BOV.
A fuel pump thats used in mid 90's DOHC Corvette. its rated just under a Walbro 255. I wanted something I can get from the local parts store and I don't remember the part number now but if i remember I'll look for it soon.
Stinger exhaust with dual Flowmasters Super 44's.
Stinger charge pimping with added section I made for bolt on BOV.
Its almost all ready to start tuning I just need to tie up a few things and get new tags and we'll be PIMP'n in no time.
