well, an hx40 is ALOT of turbo for our little motors. I plan on running one in my my pinto, but i am shooting for 9.99s. and hx35 would be good, if you use and external wastegate. I would personally run a twin scroll header like the one bo sells. it depends on your budget. any of the 35's should work well.

You would also want to look into either running an ecu out of a late model car and larger injectors, or running one of stingers upcoming megasquirt standalone systems

Stick with the stock turbo until you max it out. You'll go slower with a Holset "right now" than you will with a T3. A holset HX35 is good for around 500rwhp but works good on engines down to about 350rwhp as well so that's a good upgrade for the future since you can get hold of them.
The above T70 is cheap because it's a chinese turbo you can buy on ebay all day long for 100 bux or so. You get what you pay for...and it's too big anyway.

Tremec: it's just sitting in the garage, thought I might try to use it later down the road Pinto: Fastest pass so far has been a 6.19 1/8th mile, the pass in the video was a 6.73 letting out of it
