My temp guage in the car reads differnt than the one in tunner studios. I calibrated it when i first set up tunner studios but there is about a 35 degree diffrence. Any suggestions?

Factory temp gauge or aftermarket? Where are the two senders located?

after market. one is under the oil sending unit, if i remember correctly the other is close to the front of the motor on the lower intake. i am perty sure the gage in the car is correct because my fan turns on at 190 degrees. That is what the aftermarket thermostat for it is set for.

The fan on these cars turns on between 210-220 degrees even though the thermostat opens at 190. You don't want the fan turning on the same temp as the thermostat opens because then the fan would close the thermostat...closed thermostat = no water flow through the head = blown headgaskets and cracked head.
The different locations of the sending units will make some difference in coolant temp, the rest has to do with the accuracy of the sending units themselves.
