These pipes are designed for those who want to run our full exhaust systems but don't want to use mufflers. These pipes go in place of the mufflers and connect the midpipe to the tailpipe. They are slip fit on both ends, just like mufflers are. One muffler delete pipe is needed for 3" single systems and two are needed for 2.5" dual systems. You can use our Torctite clamps to connect them to the exhaust system. If purchased with an exhaust system, shipping on this item is free. Price: $ 28.00 - $ 40.00 Shipped

They are intended to be a direct replacement for a 14" case offset/offset muffler like Mustangs use. So overall length is 18-19" and the center to center offset is about 5" I believe.

I would like to use them on a 2002 Mercedes E55 that has an offset of about 6.5" and needs to be 24-25" long. Do you manufacture those yourself? If so, is it possible to do something around my numbers? Thanks!

We don't make them in-house, we have an exhaust manufacturer make them to our specs (and we have to order in bulk so I couldn't have them make a set just for you).
The only way I could make them the size you need would be if I modified the ones pictured above by welding in a few extension pieces. I think it would take 4 welds and two pieces of pipe on each muffler delete to get it that size. We'd have to charge quite a bit more for them because of the labor involved in figuring out what size pieces to add and then doing the cutting and welding.

I'm going to look for something else, it will get too expensive this way. Thanks a lot for your time and help!!!

They are intended to replace a standard 14" body offset/offset muffler like Mustangs use. So the overall length is about 19" and I believe the offset is about 5".
