I have just got my car running. Stock bottom end, stock head mildly ported, ported lower and custom upper intake, 75mm throttle body, LA3. ported E6, and a holset hy35 turbo. The car runs ok, and builds good boost. Im making 25-29psi. But the power seems to level off around 12 psi or so, around 4000rpm. The only thing i havnt upgraded yet is the fuel pump, still the puny 88lph. Could this be my problem. I think so, just wanted some more input.

Well, it sounds like you're about half a step away from grenading the engine. You've got enough fuel pump for maybe 250hp, enough injector for maybe 275hp, and you're running enough boost/mods for around 350hp. That is a recipe for melted pistons, soon.
12psi is evidently the hp level where you are reaching the limit of your fuel system/ecu.

Ok, so the bigger volume pump will fix the lean problem. What else do you recommend I do. Bigger injectors? What all do i need to run 42# or 46# injectors?

Get a Walbro 255 LPH High Pressure pump for a 5.0 Mustang and it will drop right into your tank. Injector size depends on your hp goals, ideally you'd run at least 75's if you want to run that much boost safely. You'll need an eec-tuner or j3 adapter setup to run larger injectors with the stock ecu.

you need a wide band b4 u start pushing it above like 10-12 psi on stock injectors even with the bigger pump

Yes, it would be a good idea. Almost mandatory.
