I'm seeing 11.9-12.0 afr at idle in that log, not 10.3-10.5 like you said. What wideband do you have?
What do you mean by "took all the fuel out where it idles"? The tune I'm looking at shows a value of 24 in the fuel map where it idles.
The IAC issue is most likely related to not having it turned on in the tune. You'd need to ask Scott what output port he uses for IAC control on your ecu.

My lc1 gauge says 10.3 and TS says 12 at idle. I opened the fual map and decreases the fuel where it was idling and it did nothing but lean it out half a point. so from 24 to 0 with no change in idle speed.

Sounds like you don't have the "calibrate afr table" settings correct in tunerstudio. You need to set them so the gauge = ts reading.
The inability to pull out the fuel at idle means your injector characteristics aren't correct. Looks like you're running injector characteristics as if you have a PiMP ecu (1.1 opening time) when it should be closer to .7 or .8 with your ecu/injector combo. Adjust that and you should be able to lean it out at idle.

I changed it .7 and the idle was fine 14.5afr but it was not driveable. it wanted a ton of fuel under 100kpa like over 150

I fixed my wideband, it needed to manually configured in ts instead of the preset. wue stays on all the time and if i touch it at all my car is undrivable and bucks like hell and dies. here is a DL

You're saying warm up enrichment was active over 130 coolant temp?
I don't see anything in the log other than it being rich.
