I installed the new turbo and painted all of the black trim on the car (windows, body trim, wings, etc.) and it made a pretty big difference in the look of the car. I'll post some pics soon. I was gone over the weekend to visit the family, now that I'm back I'll get it tuned again with the larger turbo later in the week after I catch up with shipping orders.
A few more videos I took after the turbo was installed:

Went for the first tuning session with the 60mm turbo tonight. Set the boost to 10psi and on the first test up to 4000rpm or so it looked to be holding 10psi just fine (no boost creep). After about 30 minutes of cruising around at part throttle to dial in the cruising part of the map, I starting running it wide open throttle to 4000, then 4500, then 5000, 5500, 6000, 6500, 7000, and finally 7500.
I couldn't get any traction from a roll in anything but 4th gear and there is no way in hell I'm going to go 7500 rpm in 4th gear so tuning was a bit difficult. Reason I was having such traction issues is the boost was creeping from 10psi up to 25psi at 7500rpm! Good thing I'm running 3-4 degrees less timing (40-60hp less) than ideal...kept it from detonating on pump gas at that boost level.
Looks like my internal wastegate will have to go away and I'll bolt on an external gate and a new downpipe (stainless with a v-band clamp of course). Once I upgrade to the 38mm gate I should be able to control the boost level and dial in the tune better.
Once I can control the boost and get it dialed in, I'll put it on the dyno and see what she'll do at a low boost level (20psi or so).

Sounds really good. Looking forward to seeing those dyno numbers.

I'd like driving it a lot more if there were some wide open roads without cops! I guess I'm just used to when I lived in the middle of nowhere and every road could be my personal drag strip whenever I desired. Now I'm speeding before I get out of second gear (73mph).

There's an open stretch of road thats near both of us that police don't often frequent.

I had a problem with the oil spraying out the crank seal. It keept trying to blow through the seals, I installed a catch can with -12 fitted lines going to the baffles in the valve cover. Works great

How are you guys getting so much power from unleaded pump gas? I dont get it. I made power with race fuel more timing and more boost. It must be from an aluminum head the dispates heat and doesnt the aluminum head drop the compression more a saftey utilizing more boost?

Anything that makes the engine more efficient will allow it to make more power on pump gas. In the case of this car, that is the header, FMIC, 3" exhaust, head flow, head material (small gain), cam, very large turbo. The compression is the same with the aluminum head as an iron head...8:1.
Keeping the timing in check is another key to keeping it alive on pump gas. I'm only running about 21 degrees total timing at 7k and only about 16 degrees at 3500.

Here are a few more videos:
Just a short vid of the SVO while I had the wastegate unhooked so it was louder than normal. You can hear the cam chop a bit better in this vid.
Sorry you can't see anything in this vid, I'm not sure why it didn't pick up the headlights. Regardless, this is just a short run where I floored it in 1st for a second (spun instantly to redline), grabbed second and again had major traction issues, rolled into third to get some traction, then granny shifted into 4th. I short shifted at 6000 in 3rd. Boost is about 14psi and climbed to a little over 19psi at the end of the vid.
