I looked at that bulge in the wiring and it looks all factory to me. Just stumped And want to get her running. Thought about tracing the wire from the main computer to the connector.

There is nothing factory about that bulge. Tracing wires may be your only option since what's stock is the wires you need coming out of the injector harness and obviously you don't have that so you've got something that's "not normal".

Yup now you see why I'm getting frustrated. The wire from the computer goes to the connector for the fuel injector harness. Thinking about running a wire to the sensor with a new plug

That just reinforces that the connector for that sensor "should" be in the injector harness. For some reason you just have a weird injector harness. If you still had the Mustang injector harness, it would have the wiring you need. Certainly nothing wrong with buying a connector for the ECT and running the wires to it.

Got any pics of the FMIC pipe/turbo situation?

Hmm, never seen that. What turbo? Are you using a spacer between the header and turbo?

I thought about putting a spacer in the intake. You its about 3/4 thick to clear valve cover and it's a h1e turbo.

Is there a spacer on the header or not?
