1991 Mustang Coupe 2.3 turbo for sale, $2500 obo.
The turbo needs to be rebuilt/replaced.
-16" Cobra Replica Wheels
-86 block rebuilt, bored .030". (Currently about 30k on the engine, installed Sept 2012.)
-Crank turned .020"/.020"
-Connecting Rods resized.
-Main and Con Rod bearings matched to journal diameter by machine shop.
-New stock flow oil pump.
- .030+ CP Pistons
-Head rebuilt, with Ranger roller cam installed, hardened exhaust seats, new seals, and shaved just enough to flatten the surface.
-All new gaskets and seals.
-New Timing Belt & Tensioner.
-New Water Pump
-New Serpentine Belt Tensioner
-Stock Turbo Clutch
-New Motor Mounts
-Kirban Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator.
-Ford Motorcraft Wires and Motorcraft Copper plugs.
-Upgraded 3G, 130 amp alternator.
-3" VAM and LA2 ECU.
-36 lb/hr Injectors.
-FMIC (22 x 12 x 3) w/ 2.5" Intercooler Piping
-Stinger Dual-Piston BOV.
-Stock T3 Turbo .62 A/R.
-2.5" Downpipe w/ 3" exhaust dumping before the rear axle.
-Gillis Boost Valve
-3" Intake w/ cone filter.
-New 6-Piece Headlamp kit from Latemodelrestoration.com (Right marker light got busted, can't buy individual light, found a similar one)
-New Rear Transmission Seal
-New Driveshaft U-Joints
-New Front Shocks
-New Rear Shocks
-Rear springs have been cut about 3/4 coil but it isn't a bumpy ride at all.
-Front spring have not been cut at all.
-Front lower control arms have new poly bushings and new ball joints.
-Sway bar, sway bar links and steering rack all have new poly bushings.
-Black Front and Rear Seats from a GT Hatchback(will update pics soon)
To be fixed:
I purchased new hinge pins for the drivers door, but have not installed them yet.
Front header panel is cracked a bit.
Interior can use some TLC, but the seats are in great shape.
Headliner needs replaced.
Speedometer doesn't work, needs a new head.
Dash lights are inoperative. (Needs a new dimmer switch)
A/C was removed to fit the turbo and intercooler system.
Power steering line leaks slowly, i have replace the line but it stills seeps.
The clear coat is faded/gone. Needs a paint job.
Coolant overflow bottle has a crack in it.
