Should i have ego control turned off in Tuner Studio? At what point are people turning it on? and by turning it on i mean using the PID method to control changes. I have a home built MS2e on a v3.0 board. LC1 wideband. I feel like my tune is decent, but could prob still use some work.

Many people never turn it on. If your tune is good enough, there is no real benefit. It can be used to "cover up" tuning deficiencies but since the PID also requires tuning, it often takes the same amount of time/effort to either "fix" or "finish" tuning it, or to dial in the PID settings. Only difference is PID stuff isn't intuitive like adding/removing fuel from the tune is.

appreciate it. I think i will go with turning it off for now. There are enough other variables to focus on...

It certainly shouldn't be on until you are "done" tuning.
With injectors that large, you shouldn't be using 2 simultaneous squirts, it should be 1 simultaneous or 2 alternating. Making this change may require some re-tuning at low rpm/low load.

Thanks for looking that over, im still learning. I have had a little trouble tuning it with these injectors, they act much differently than the 72lb trick flows i used to have.
Ill change it to 2 alternating.
