Thank you. We're just now getting back into it. Life got in the way for a little while. Took the truck apart again, painted the frame and suspension pieces. Suspension is now back on the frame. Will add pictures later.

Still building the truck and for now the plan is using the stock intercooler with a fan mounted below it in a shroud. We'll use the hood with a scoop similar to the SVO.

Well, we are finally getting back into this project. The frame has been sandblasted and painted, the suspension has been hung. Installed new bushings in the front four link. Changed the front axle four link batwings to give the tie rod more clearance. Had to make a new bracket for the front panhard bar. Installed new bushings in the transmission crossmember. Having new kingpin bushings installed on the spindles. Once we get those back and installed, we'll hang the brakes, plumb the lines, get the wheels on it and get her on the ground. Motor and trans next.

Our project is alive again. We have the brakes installed and the lines plumbed. Had a heck of a time with leaks, especially at the rear calipers, the residual valves, and several fittings. We replaced the residual valves with ones from Wilwood, replaced the flex lines to the calipers, and lapped the flare fittings. We are now leak free and have a rolling chassis. The motor is installed. Started to install the flywheel/clutch assembly but had a heck of a time with the old pilot bearing. Spent an entire afternoon using all the old mechanic's tricks to get it out. Finally wound up threading it for a 3/4" bolt, welding that to a slide hammer attachment, and out it came. So the next step will be the new pilot bearing install, clutch assembly with hydraulic throwout bearing, and the transmission. We're gettin' there. Original rear caliper installation. Cadillac Seville calipers with Ford Explorer flex lines. Would not stop leaking, no matter what.
New installation using flex lines from Speedway. Still have to secure them to the rearend.
Winters helical cut quick change spur gears. Hopefully we'll be able to hear the turbo instead of the rearend
Original installation residual valves. Leaked like a sieve.
New Wilwood residual valves.
Fuel lines plumbed through left frame rail.

This is quite the undertaking. Must be hard to stay motivated with such a large project.

Life keeps getting in the way but we're determined to see it on the road.
