On the vam wiring does it go grn/purple from left to right or right to left? I have 5v on orange/white.

The vam appears to be good as per the test you sent. Now I haven't touched cam timing, but I had the dizzy out to put a new pick up in. Engine wasn't cranked or moved while dizzy was out.

You should have 5v on the orange wire as that's the power wire for the sensor.
We've verified fuel pump, VAM/VAT, and spark.
So all you haven't confirmed is that the injectors are pulsing while cranking correct?

They are not pulsing while cranking as best I can tell.

With the key in the run position both wires on the injectors have 12v.

One wire is grounded to pulse the injectors. They pulse very quickly so you typically can't "see" the pulse with a multimeter or test light. What you can see though is a drop in voltage. What method are you using the check for a pulse?

Multi meter.

Voltage does drop on the white wireally when cranking.

If voltage drops then it's most likely pulsing. Cranking it and then pulling a plug to check for fuel on the plug would verify.
If you've got spark while cranking, fuel pulse and pressure while cranking, and obviously air while cranking and it's not even attempting to start (sputtering, popping, etc.) then there is a timing issue.

Nothing has been touched on the timing except the dizzy. It was removed, engine wasn't turned and dizzy set back exactly where it came out. Belt is good as engine has 44k on it.

88-Electronic Ignition - IDM, DPI or spout circuit fault
Check voltage at the SPOUT wire while cranking.

What should I have at the spout when cranking?

It should be north of 5v.
