What is note 2on your pinout on the wire from 15 to 27?

Remove pin and install @pin 27 (Note 2) --> Remove pin replace with pin moved from pin 15 (Note 2)
It just links the two pins together in text, nothing more.

I still can't get it started. Injectors are not opening. Crank and all plugs are dry. I still have 38 psi at the rail. I have spark, it just won't start.

My injectors are not pulsing. I used the Ranger injector harness and tbird rail and injectors. The red and green wires stay 12v + during cranking.

What are you using to measure injector voltage while cranking? A noid light is the only accurate way to measure it because otherwise the pulse is so quick it's not caught by a multimeter.

You gotta start tracing the signal from the distributor to the ECU and then out of the ECU to the injectors then and find where the "pulse" signal stops.

I have found with koeo throttle closed I have 4.9v at tps. This will tell injectors to close, am I correct? Voltage should be less than 3.7 closed throttle?

Yes, that puts it in flood clear mode which shuts off the injectors completely. Fix TPS wiring and you'll be good to go.

Fixed tps wiring still no injector pulse.I have checked continuity on pins 16,36,56. New tfi module, new pickup coil and still have code 81,82,83,84,85,88. I have spark and fuel pressure still. I invested in a snap on noid light, for it to tell the same thing I already knew. My injectors aren't opening.

So TPS voltage is now around 1v closed throttle?
Is this a known good ECU (you saw it run the donor engine)?
