Another "can I expect to run this E.T.?" question

Okay, I would like to be able to run 11.9s in my full weight SVO. Should I be able to do it with these mods?:
Boport stage 4 head
Boport 2.5 cam
Ported intakes
3 inch exhaust all the way back
Stinger header
80# injectors
PiMP
255lph in tank
Front mount intercooler
HX35w
Stock throttle body
Strange adjustable shocks and struts
Factory rated springs with a coil cut off
I am running 22 psi on 93 octane

I would think so as long as you've got some good tires like ET streets or similar (drag radials aren't ideal for a turbo 4 cyl unless it's got an auto trans).
