So it was pretty cold last night here but today the car was in the sun and I'm also let it warm up and took it for a drive. Didn't get I to the boost until car was warmed up. Ran fine had boost then all of the sudden car won't make boost. Did a quick check on vacuum lines and seemed to all be fine. Any idea? I could get it to build maybe 3 or 4 psi max when I really tried. Maybe wastegate is stuck open?

Yeah, I'd start by checking wastegate function. If the actuator dies it sticks shut and you get 30psi or more so that's not the problem.

It's been cold here and been busy so haven't checked yet but that was my guess. Cars sounds a little louder not much just a little so I think that is probably the problem. Thanks

Louder should mean exhaust leak as that means exhaust is exiting before it goes through the muffler (wastegate still flows through muffler). So a leak between manifold and head or manifold and turbo would make it louder.

I think the loader was just my imagination I think just because I wasn't hearing any turbo sound..lol...but I looked at it today and felt down under the turbo and feels like the actuator rod is broken. What all am I gonna get into to fix that?

I'd be shocked if it's actually broken. Odds are it's an aftermarket adjustable unit and it's come unscrewed. Until you determine if it's actually broke or unscrewed, I can't say what it will take.
If you can weld, it's an easy fix either way. If it's unthreaded, put it back together. It needs 1/8" of preload.

Thanks. I'll let you know whatsup when I get a chance to actually get it in the air and look at it. It feels like it just came loose in the back

It is held on the wastegate arm by a small C clip so that's certainly possible if there clip rusted out.

Yea I got a picture off my brother from his turbo and yea I'm almost certain that the rod just came off in the back. Once again thanks. I'm gonna get into one day when it's nice and get it back on there.
