I have a buyer for my old pimp. I want to upgrade to the X or XS for the added features and will ask to have knock added.
1. does the XS still come in the form of and old ford ECU?
2. is there a wiring diagram you can provide to show the wiring changes necessary for the XS injector wiring changes?
3. can I run seq fueling with a distributor?

No, not a diagram for that specifically. It's just 4 injector wires to the first 4 injector pins in the ECU though.
No, not a stock one anyway. Need a CAS on the stock distributor body, or a trigger wheel setup or something so it has enough resolution to know precise engine position.
We're currently working on a plug and play coil on plug harness setup and bringing Wes' CAS setup into actual production to make the sequential 4 cyl stuff "easy". So you may be best off to get the ECU and run it in batch mode until our kit comes out.

Thanks, that's what I thought.
1. "run it in batch mode" ? -- you can you run the XS in batch fire? and then I could make my changes later? that would be ideal for me!!
2. 4 injector wires to the first 4 injector pins through the db25? or the larger 60 pin harness?
I have a CAS kit from Wes, and LS coils on hand. I just haven't tackled everything yet. I know its simple wiring, but life gets in the way and things take longer than they should.

Yeah, just switch it to batch mode and you're good to go. It's basically a PiMPx at that point it just has room to grow.
Into the 60 pin connector, V8 injector pins.
Our harness will "fill in the gaps" for your CAS/Coil wiring, or you can carry on with doing it yourself.

It's decently involved as it adds another board inside the ECU. We also don't stock them so we'd have to order in the module before we could add it. I'd just expect it to take a couple weeks so plan accordingly with order time and such.

It will be able to do wasted COP, from a output hardware standpoint that's not really any different. I assume you want/have a wheel on the crank and don't want to mess with a cam sync?
