SO I got the FMIC installed this weekend. I took some work and a little finagling, but mission accomplished. It looks AWESOME in the car.
I took it for a test drive and definitely can feel a difference in the throttle and power. The only concern I now have is that when I get her above 8-10 psi, this is the first time since I have ever heard my turbo flutter. I am fairly certain I have my Bosch BPV hooked up correctly. I have tried installing it both ways and it doesn't have an effect on the flutter.
Is the flutter a bad sign or is it just the nature of having such large and long piping for the IC that is causing this issue? Is the stock Bosch BPV too small to handle the volume of air it is trying to recirculate and would the BPV that you sell resolve it? Even though I kind think it sounds cool, should I not be boosting it until I can get it resolved?

It's making the noise while at full throttle or is it when you release the throttle fully or when you go from full throttle to partial throttle? These 3 times have difference causes.

It is only happening when the throttle closes completely between shifts.
If I have read up on it correctly, I wish I had this issue at full throttle, but my turbo isn't big enough to cause that LOL (It is just a T3/T4).

Are you sure it's actually the turbo fluttering and not just the bypass valve doing it's job? That's when the bypass valve opens so you are going to hear when that happens.

I am not sure, LOL, I just know that I never heard it before with the stock intercooler (even with the K&N CAI that I have attached directly to the turbo).
The below video is almost exactly how and when mine sounds when it does it. I can take a video of mine and link it at some point if that would help.

That's just the air dumping out of the bypass valve. Whether it flutters or just does one big "woooosh" depends on spring pressure, opening size, and air volume.

To recap and summarize:
Because of the larger intercooler and piping, there is way more pressurized air built up that needs somewhere to go between shifts when the throttle is closed. Being that the BPV recirculates the air and dumps it right in front of the turbo (just behind the CAI), I am now hearing the air being recirculated back into the turbo and being forced back through the compressor.
Is this accurate?

You're hearing it dump out of the BPV, that's what's making the noise. You're not hearing it being forced into the compressor.
The BPV a 1" hole with a bung of pressurized air dumping out of it, it's going to make noise.
