HI, I finally got my stinger ecu working correctly. I was just wondering how much boost I can run on a stock turbocoupe motor with a hx35 , big front mount intercooler on 60lb injectors without headstuds? I guess what Im trying to actually saw is when should I be putting some headstuds in this thing? BTW this swap is in a 86 chevette

There isn't any evidence that studs are better than stock bolts if torqued correctly for the style of bolt and that they are re-torqued after a head cycle. Note the stock 12 point bolts are a traditional bolt that gets torqued to 80-90 ft/lb in a few steps. The newer 6 point replacement bolts are TTY bolts so they are torqued to an angle, not a torque value.
How much boost you can run depends on fuel octane, intercooler efficiency, and the quality of the tune. A typical intercooled 91 octane setup is good for 20-21psi or so. 93 octane may get you to 23-24psi.
