For koeo ecu tests, other than jumping the test connector pins is there anything else required to get codes from the ecu?
I’m using the actron eec-iv reader that blinks the light for codes. The light just stays continuously lit and never flashes a code after turning the ignition on.
I read in a forum that the premium switch has to be turned on. Is this correct?
Would like to switch to pimpx but trying to make sure I’m good prior to installing a new ecu.
Thanks.

I've never heard the premium switch thing.
No codes typically means the ECU is bad in some way. Does the vehicle run?

The car starts up and runs but I get very little boost even at 5k rpm (5psi). The car has very little power. Almost feels like there is no spark advance. I just finished a holset conversion with FMIC from you but I had the low boost prior to the changes. Almost like I changed nothing. The ecu no code was not expected. Next step I was going to check fuel pressure and compression. Picture showing my setup.

Checking timing advance is easy, it won't advance with the spout connector unplugged and should jump up from the base setting (10 deg BTDC) to 25 or 30 degrees at idle when you plug the spout back in.
