I will be detailing the writing on the intake. /later I will be detailing the engine bay more like painted bolts and brakets after all my tuning and set up is done , but keep ideas coming. I need to get thing running and tuned the rest can wait I'M not usaly big on eye candy but this car is well worth it . it will be a car I can do many thing with.
Drag racing 1/8 1/4 Road Racing / time attack car shows / car expo and maybe someday make it street legal. the 2.3T is the best swap for this car. will give me more power then this body can take. I will need to re inforse the frame in the front , its look like the weakest link.
I will have more pics later tonight maybe even make a video so you can ear my french accent.

Good Job on the build so far. take your time and clean up on some of that painting and don't get in any rush on installing the wiring. take your time and keep it tucked away. I almost bought this car from Jason but i had too many projects going on already.

Well new turbo cam Stage 3 and yes its a roller from Bo-port.com I have twisted and prep for welding most of my dash wires you can see the paste. some of the wirering I have done. double tape and covered and retape. air to water intercooler line and oil cooler line this part is far from done I will have this all neat and hidden the best I can. More wirering done the wirering is taking alot more time then I ever expected it did look like a 90% plug and play wirering harness but its not. lots of custom works need to be done and since my swap is from a RWD to a FWD well lots of sensors and wirering don't agree with the path they are taking. but I will get it done ..................... with time I will.

Well no pics but I have a update been working many hours on end on the Turbo Tempo and my wirering is almost all done maybe 3 or 5 wire connection to do and then the wirering clean up will need to route it in a safe clean way.
my water cooling for the engine is almost done too got a few brackets left to weld and route my hose,
the water to air intercooler is almost all set up not sure on the waterpump I will use, I have 3 I can use so I will use the one I think will be the best.
if I would take pics of it now you guys would think Im going backwards and not moving on I had to take all the front off to do my wirering and my rads.
even took the seat and the intercooler and piping but I will reinstal them later. after its all done.

Yes at this rate I should have it running next week end and do some tunning, the week after that, s oall in all I do see the light at the end of the tunnel, just that after my tuning is all done or mostly I need to rip the head off to instal my new cam I bought from Bo-Port. but only after the tuning is mostly done since it will save me alot of work if I do it after. and Im instaling the cam only if I have the cash. been looking for a job for over 6 weeks now and nothing. but Im draging this summer job or no job I just won't drag every week.

Well it's not that expensive. to me I bought it like I bought any of my tools I look for the best deal and ordered it. you can buy a new one on ebay for under 2000$
it's not the lift that expensive its the reenforsed 32 ton's per saque inch cement that cost me 2200$ I payed less for the lift then the cement. but I instaled it in 2004 and I have no regret at all I consider it one of my best tools.
I got heating in my garage and even A/C 80 Galon 5hp 3 cylinder air compresor I got the tools to do all the work I need and yes it does help alot. will it make me go faster no but it saves me a ton of cash since I don't have to pay others to do my work. and doing it my self is were it's at for me.
I have build over 6 race cars and did so many engine swaps and yes your right aving a lift is wondeful. you can buy a used one for about 1000$
but ebay is a better deal.

cooling system compleated , wirering compleated, intercooler pipes and cooling hose and pump done, charging system done,
left to do.
Tuning, not going to be fun but I will do it right. rerouting some wires and hose and some pipe making some holders for them to make then clean and neat and not touch anything and get damaged. turbo down pipe and 2 spots for o2 sensors. fix a few codes tps and coolant sensor. the other codes are egr and purge canister since its a race only car im not going to fix them. and a really really nice cleaning and a photo opts in Montreal Napi Drag way. Im real happy with my build it was build for under 5000$ and will run in the 12sec to 13sec on the first days out. it won't be a fast car compared to the other guys running there but I will be the fastest car for the price, and the fasted FWD Ford Tempo. don't expect too look under the hood and see 2000$ of chrome since I don't do chrome I build a race car to go fast not too look good sure I would love to have a under hood car that looks like its out of Chip Foose work shop but it won't make my car go faster and to me its a waste of cash. and since I don't have any spare cash, well this is what I have and this is what I will Run and I love it. I do I really do!
I would Like To thank Jason F for all he has done for me and may GOD Help him.
