Here is one of it mounted to a lower intake. I would not suggest hard mounting the FPR adapter to the rail like this though, it needs a piece of hose between them and the FPR mounted elsewhere (to the intake, head, firewall, etc.).

The chamfer keeps the o-ring from squishing out when you tighten it down.

The chamfer keeps the o-ring from squishing out when you tighten it down. Thank you. Don’t mean to hijack this thread but I bought the fuel rail to go along with my new Delphi injectors. Do the o-rings on the injectors need to be lubricated upon installation?

Injector o-rings always need to be lubed before assembly regardless of brand, rail being used, etc.

Going to keep the questions rolling here; is the 1/8 npt port too small for a return line? I’m thinking of several different possibilities to route the fuel lines as space is always a problem

Yes, it's too small.
There is a spare return port on the rail that's labeled in the picture above.

I have the billet fuel rail as well, and I'm finally getting around to purchasing the hose and fittings. I'm confused because the diagram posted above says 3/4-16 thread for the rail end fittings... and I thought that was the thread size/pitch for -8AN straight, but I bought two of these ( www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-220167b) and they are too small for the rail. Do you have a part number for a fitting that will work?

You sure they sent the right fittings?
Measure the thread diameter. -8AN is 3/4" and -10AN is 7/8".
