I'm getting a lot of conflicting information through various websites on this question. I have an 88TC running a PimpX, GT35R turbo, and front mount intercooler. The head is stock (as far as I know) and I have not touched the timing table in Tuner Studio so timing is the same as what the base tune file had. I have looked at the FAQ section here but considering my set-up, is safe to say that I could try 22-23 psi on 93? Let me know your thoughts

There are a LOT of factors that effect what you can get away with on 93 octane (timing, turbo efficiency, ambient temp, intercooler efficiency, tune quality, compression ratio, cam selection, chamber shape, engine condition, etc, etc, etc) which is one reason you're getting conflicting info. The other is because some people think if they did something a few times and didn't kill anything then that must mean it's "safe" and everyone should do it.
Low 20's is typically the safe range so 22-23 psi is likely pretty close to the max safe range.
