I bought a 1988 turbo coupe with a no start condition after changing the pip, coil, module, cap, rotor, plugs and wires i got it to run with the spout unplugged and throttle on the floor i thought for sure it was a wiring issue and i would fix it when i swapped it into my 1966 mustang but still have the same problem? Any ideas??

What ECU?
Removing the spout removes the ECU from the spark equation.
