The factory 94-95 5.0 TPS pins out the same as the 87-88 TC.

Correct, but it uses a different connector on the earlier turbofords so like I said previously, it depends what vehicle it's going in.

You will have to swap to the new style connector then. I am running a 93 stang harness and it plugs right in.

How much could i benifit by swapping over to a 60-65mm Throttle Body. I currently have a 87 ford t-bird turbo coupe 2.3 engine?

The stock throttle body isn't really a restriction below 350rwhp or so. Furthermore, with 2.5" intercooler tubing, the stock throttle body is the same size so flow through each is the same. You really only gain throttle response (because it flows more air when opened a small amount).
