Hello guys, new to this board and been working on this mustang turbocoupe for the past 6/7 months.
little stats on her. bought her in december in pretty much stock form with just the stock turbocoupe motor dropped in. the owner before me put in the stock 8.8 rear end. and from there on i just started to take the car apart /gut it and add new parts on. but i also had to remove the Head ( Had 11cracks throughout, mostly around the valve seats.) and had her fixed up/plugged and a valve job done for good sealing.
have a bobs log center mount with custom wastegate up top (38mm , which works good)
to4e t3/t4 turbo
3inch downpipe that shoots out right under the right front tire. ( modded stingers downpipe and routed out. )
aem wideband / oil pressure gauge. ( wideband just broke again. 200miles only too. maybe coolant before the head was fixed.)
electronic ARK boost controller. (set at 22psi) stock 10deg timing. fuel pressure around 51psi vacumm unhooked? ( still workin on this number)
12x9 air to water intercooler with 12x24x1 cooler radiater w/2 12 electric fans and a ice resevoir 3gallon for the track.
2.5 inch intercooler pipes. with some insulating tape for the top pipes .
M/T 275/15/60 et streets and jegs knockoff centerline rims. skinnys up front.
ovreflow radiator box for blowby from the valve cover.
Msd 6al w/ 2step set at 4200. (builds boost like a champ) and rev limit set at 5700.
some rci bucket seats and battery in the back....
any help or recommendations would be great.... as this is my second turbocar i'm dabbling with and it's just comming together now since this past month.
i haven't had her on the dyno yet but i'm trying to figure out what fuel pressure psi is a safe bet for around 22pounds.. checked the plugs and were a little white at 48psi no vac.. so i upped it a little. any help on this would be great.
