Time to start reading how to tune posts again. It runs but just barely. AFR is all over the place and it doesnt want to idle well. It did at first, but me being as impatient as i am i learned how NOT to tune the hard way. DOUGH!

Go back to the original tune that came in the ecu and start from there (again) and be sure to fix the timing map asap as well. Never save a tune without renaming it first so you can always "back up" if the changes you make don't help it but make it run worse instead.

how do i go back to the original tune? Is it the Ms2 extra file in : Tuner studios>file>project>open project>MS2-extra_2.1 ?
For mostly stock w/ 36# injectors what would you recomend my fuel (ms) be? Squirts per engine cycle? ( I would think 4, one for each cylinder. ? ) Injector staging: Idle control: (I messed with this one and dont know what it was to start with)
When you say save do you mean File> Save tune as? What if i didnt save the tune after i messed with it yesterday? Does that mean it went back to the stock tune?

I'd venture to say you need to go about 4 steps backwards before proceeding, based on these questions. You need to read, read, read, and then read all of the info dedicated to megasquirt systems all over the net.
It "should" be 2 squirts per cycle, staging is alternative. Again, don't change stuff when you don't know what it is and don't change stuff without writing down what it was before (if you can't remember and haven't figured out how to save old tunes so you can "back up").
Your fuel/ve table isn't something that can be suggested from here. Each car is different. Fortunately it's the easiest thing to tune (especially with autotune) so you'll just have to dial it in by using the info in my MS tuning guide.
Leave all of the engine parameters as it came, it's already setup "right" as far as squirts per cycle, injector staging, idle control, etc. You should ONLY mess with fuel, timing, and cold start/warmup settings and NOTHING else until you know MUCH more info.
The stock tune will be a .msq type file. Not positive what it will be called as it varies. It is probably in the folder you listed above though.
Yes, use "Save tune as" and rename something that explains what you changed. I name mine like this: Base file would be :SVO1.msq Then when I adjust the cold start settings I name it: SVO1-ColdStart.msq Then when I further adjust cold start: SVO1-ColdStart2.msq Then when I adjust the fuel/ve table: SVO2-CS2.msq Then when I adjust the fuel/ve further:SVO3-CS2.msq Then when I adjust the rev limiter: SVO3-CS2-RevLim.msq Then when I adjust timing: SVO3-Timing.msq
This way I can easily go back and know exactly what I changed at each step and can go back to a better running setup if I need to "back up a few steps" like you do right now.
If you didn't ever save what you changed yesterday, it should have went back to the base tune when you shut off the key. If it's not running the same today though, you either did save at some point or something else went wrong (mechanically with the engine, not the tune).
Download TunerstudioMS and use it, not MegaTune for tuning. Download MegaLogViewer from the same site as TunerStudioMS and use it for viewing your datalogs.
