I bought a complete exhaust from Stinger about 10 months ago. Installed it in the spring.
Fitment was great, Downpipe cleared the swaybar nicely, pipes joined together nicely, and the magnaflow muffler works great.
I ran my system with no Cat.
I give the product a rating of 7/10.
They are the only company to provide a complete exhaust for these cars. I just wish that it had come with hangers welded on the pipe, but I knew before ordering that it didnt.
I plan on doing more business in the future!
Great serviceand great products, cant wait to see how the PIMP ECU does.

Is there a reason you only gave it a 7/10 rating?
You didnt say anything negative about it so why not 10/10?
Just wondering.

. I just wish that it had come with hangers welded on the pipe, but I knew before ordering that it didn't. . With the rest of the sentence, those word really dont help. Its like saying: I bought a Honda Civic, but I only gave it a 5/10 rating because it was slower than a Viper. I knew that before I bought it though so it met my expectations, but I'm rating it low... ?!?!?!? I jst want to be sure that the hangers were the only issues he had...

Well as with anything on this car. I did have to cut recut and recut some more, and tweak.
Might change to a different muffler than the magnaflow I got. Its a bit heavy and bulky. Hard to keep under the car.
The Tailpipe doesnt quite fit right, actually touches my gas tank, but I dont mind seeing as it doesnt get that hot, and for some reason doesnt make much of a rattling sound against the tank.
But as said, they are the only company to make anything for the XR4Ti still. I didnt want to have to have a system custom fabbed at a shop due to costs, and shops being ignorant.
Would you believe I had people trying to tell me to use 2 1/4 inch pipe? Claiming 3 inch was too big for the car.

Oh ok, thats all I was looking for .
As for someone trying to sell you 2.25 pipe, yeah I believe it and I'm suprised more people dont talk about it on the forum.

I just installed my Stinger Exhaust. I was able to use existing hardware under the car to mount the hangers. One hanger went on the center driveshaft bearing mount, one the differential through bolt and one hooked to the stock location at the tail pipe. I used these hangers: www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-630550/I attached them to the pipe using u bolt exhaust clamps. Everything fit great though I did have to trime a little bit off the end of the tailpipe and the midpipe. Overall I am very happy, especially for the price of the exhaust!!!!
