I purchased a single piston bypass valve for my 84 turbo mustang. My question is where does the vacuum line on top of the bypass valve connect to?

It connects to any vacuum line that sees both boost and vacuum (doesn't have a one way check valve inline)...this could include coming off the vacuum tree, intake manifold, etc.
