No, I take Paypal. It just takes people a long time to actually send payments any many cases. The "I'm ready and I'll take one" comes quickly in most cases, not the funds though. It may be people waiting to get paid from their job. I don't really know and it's none of my business. I just know just because I have 17 PiMP's available for shipment on Friday doesn't mean I'll have payment for them within a week of the notification. For that matter, there are some instances where people who said "I'll send payment" in June still haven't done so. It's ok though, I don't save one for those who say they are paying. If your payment comes too late, you're "prepaid" for the next batch and I'll ship to you as soon as one is available.
For instance, I sent notifications for the current batch yesterday. I currently have 11 "I'll send payment" replies and only 1 person who has paid. I'm not saying they won't pay, just that they haven't yet and some of them will take a week or more.

And then you have people like me who have the cash sitting here ready, but the car is not ready so it's silly to get one and have it sit on the shelf for a month or two before install while someone in line is ready to roll.
And at the rate you have been pumping them out recently it won't be long for a new batch to be done once the car is done.

Yeah, there seem to be a few different groups of people that get contacted:
-No longer need it
-Don't have the money right now
-Car isn't ready yet
-Want it but payment is slow to come
-Gotta have it now and pays immediately
stackz, we've got 17 in the current batch and 54 more completed and just waiting for firmware and final testing...that's enough to go through 110 or so on the list (which would finish off the waiting list and then some). You'll have one in the next 4-6 weeks.

How are they tested? In a car? or software checks?

They are ran through a series of tests with a bench test simulator that uses a factory harness and mimics being used in a car to verify everything functions properly.

Huge update to the list, people moved up 40+ positions.
Next people contacted will be some from previous batches who said they would be ready in August. These orders will be fulfilled with "extra" unsold PiMP's from previous batch. Then I'll go back to contacting those who have not yet been offered a PiMP (#82 E. Shaffer and those after him).
FYI, there are currently 53 people on the list who haven't had a chance to purchase a PiMP at this point. We've got 35 PiMP's assembled and being tested and I expect that to be enough to get through the list completely.
We've now surpassed 90 PiMP's sold in the last year after only assembling/selling about 25 in the first 6 months!

You guys are MOVING thru them  Thats awesome, it really took me by suprise and I wasnt ready for it till later in the year. I will be ready in late august no ifs, ands or buts about it kep up the good work and even if people dont buy them now there are 20 people with cash in hand waiting for one for every flake |

Yeah, we are certainly moving through them right now. I'm sure it caught a number of people off guard. Once I get through the list and get all the "cash in hand" people covered, I'll roll back through the list from the beginning again. Then after that's done the list will probably be removed and I'll have them in stock for order whenever people want them.
