I have a stock 83 Turbo 2.3 with a SDS ecu. My injectors are 42lb 440cc. I have a Stinger header and a T3 turbo that I bought for the motor. I do not know how much fuel (fuel RPMS per the SDS) to give the motor. If no one knows where to start, Does anybody know of a mechanic that could help in the Inland Empire (So Cal). I bought my Baja Bug with this set up, so I am just trying to get it running correctly. Thank you in advance for your time.

I've never messed with an SDS as I've never found their method of developing a tune to be intuitive or worthwhile. This doesn't help when you've already got the item in hand though. Looking at this manual on the SDS site: www.sdsefi.com/em4main17.pdfPage 25 is where the fuel tuning section starts, page 26 has a chart that compares injector size vs engine size to develop a base fuel number to start with at idle. It appears your number would be around 100 according to the chart.

Thank you as always for your time. I have started on those pages, but as you say it is hard to make work. Again thank you for your time.
