I was originally going to build a stroked Windsor backed up with a C4. My son talked me into doing the turbo instead. I'mhoping it will turnout without a bunch of issues...this is new to me. So here s proof the car exists

I've been rebuilding my 84 rs tirbo Capri me and a buddy bought for 5 years. Lol . I'm sure you beat a few v8's. The inside looks like a pigpen. We just started tossing every thing inside the car till we can get a trash truck to take the junk away..all the v8 stuff that came with the car. we should have the car on the road this summer tuning and enjoying its running etc.well get the car painted during the winter...so next summer it's will be 100% done any thing after that will be mods that we can do in a weekend etc.
Stay in there it will get done.. I'm a road race guy my buddy the drag guy . I have a bet well get banned after one pass for going to fast with our a cage lol.
I would like to have mine running sometime next month. My son is doing the turbo stuff since he has experience with his Lightning. I have the gas lines ran, need wiring, and cold side work. Get him running and see what I've got. The engine supposedly has about 40k on a rebuild from the former owner, he s a turbine engineer so according to legend, he tweaked a few things. He said the '88 TC was spanking several mildly built 5.0 s that were in the area. I honestly don t know what to expect from a small turbo 4 cyl.
What mods I do have are; Stinger header w/3 in. exhaust, gutted/ported intake, ranger roller cam. I have a 65mm throttle body that at some point will go on. I have the front mount i/c. It s boosted by a "modified" (by the engineer) 50 t3/t4 turbo, stock injectors.
