you can see velive is pulling fuel up top for some reason? this started a month ago or so, i thought it was blowing my spark out. put in tr5's with a .20 gap same thing happens when tuning. showing its super rich. mid range is fine but it goes rich up top. rev limit is 6500. boport springs.. im not sure why it started doing this? ohm checked my plug wires and they seemed fine. water injection kicks on at 14psi. 15gph nozzle.

If it's rich up top VE Live will pull fuel, that's normal.
Are you saying it was previously tuned perfectly and then it started running rich at higher rpm? If so, how rich are we talking and how was it acting? Pulling smooth or sputtering/backfiring/falling on it's face?
The idle surge is typically related to the IAC settings (if you're using it for warm idle), or the VE and Timing table settings in the idle area. Your log shows as idle speed drops, it goes lean, drops to another VE cell, richens up which "saves" the idle, then it repeats this cycle.

it was fine a few months ago. it hits the 9's on my WB and it acts like it is hitting spark cut? i dont have a iac or have it enabled in TS i noticed if you lower my idle timing it smooths out.

How much boost? What is your overboost protection set to? Were you using water injection before when it was "fine" before? Got a log of it doing this?
If lowering the idle timing smooths it out, that matches my statement above that it's related to the VE and Timing table settings. Lower the idle timing and move on to other issues.

overboost is disabled, 24psi, been running water injection the whole time.

The typical explanation for a need for less fuel is that there is a mechanical issue that's making the engine not work as efficiently as before (blown headgasket would be the most likely cause in this case). Compression test results?
