???i have a 88 mustang with a thunderbird turbo coupe motor in it and i wanted to know, i have a blow off vlave on the stock top mount intercooler and the car ran good for a couple of days and then started running a little rough like the idle was a little low if you took your foot off the gas it would die and it backfired i want to know if my blow off valve is wright i was told it had to be recirculated back to the MAF or MAS what ever it is called but dose it? i am new to these turbo cars and i am 16 so can some one help me please thanks

Ideally it should be routed back into the hose between the air meter and turbo inlet. The need to do so can be "somewhat" eliminated if you add some spring pressure to the valve and make sure it is staying shut at idle and decel.
