Well I got my car done and drove it around for about 3days before I started hammering it. It's running strong I was on street tires and ran a March1 stang and put about 5 cars on him.2x.. Great feeling. I also took out a Nova with a 350 + 150nos. A mid 11sec. car. well I never opened the hood of my car last night (hot lap), when i did I had oil all over the motor (crank case pressure). I started losing my clutch now,I'll have to look into changing to the 5.0 clutch set up 2. To say I need a pump I am trying to see what cars lsx pump is out of ?

Forgot to mention, if set up properly, you should be able to get a crankcase breather setup without a pcv valve to work as well. One 1/2" hose from the crankcase, one 1/2" hose from the valve cover, plug off PCV inlet in intake, run both hoses to breather tank that has two 1/2" inlets and a filter with at least a 1" inside diameter on top of the breather tank.

Thanks, Shannon I wanted to make sure that was the one. My brother has it laying around when he took it of his LS1 Camaro He used to have. How about the wiring anything out of the norm ? (relay it and switch) . This is also what Matt was running in his setup right ?

That's what matt is using. Just a relay and a switch is all that is needed. If you want to get real slick, you could set it up to only come on under boost using a hobbs switch.

Cool I'll get that stuff to set it up. I'll will also be hitting you up on a flywheel soon.
Thanks, Jesse

Wire the electric vacuum pump on a oil pressure switch through a relay and have the pump running when ever the engine is running not just under boost? Creating vacuum all the time the engine is running. Eric

I just drag race mine but I noticed that the engine will cool down faster after each run if I turn the electric vacumm pump on with the engine off for a few minutes. I notice that the pro stock guys are doing this on their engines.
