I have two extra fuel injectors added right before my throttle body.. two of the wires are soddered to the first stock fuel injector. The other wires are soddered to the wire wich use to work the boost controler. What is that wire that use to go to my boost controller ? Would this cause issues?

Sounds like a good way to blow out the injector driver in the ecu. I don't know, what wire was it on at the boost controller? Injectors just need a pulsed signal wire and a ground. Maybe they were grounding at the BCS to make it only come on under boost?

two of the wires coming from the extra injectors are going to the black and purple wire from the boost control. the other wires coming out of the extra injectors go to the first fuel injector on my engine. The red wire that was going to my boost control is going to the mass air.

OK, so they are grounding the injectors with the old boost control wire and powering the maf with the 12v power wire for the boost control solenoid.
Your original question of "will this cause issues"? I guess that depends on your definition of issues. It is certainly not the ideal way to do it (from a wiring or extra injector standpoint) but that doesn't mean it won't work. A much simpler solution would be to just run larger injectors.
