Car looks nice, underhood looks good (except for the mismatched/dirty couplers and clamps) but those HP numbers are WAY down from what they should be. Why is the cam retarded so far? Are you sure the exhaust valves are sealing?
Stock SVO's dyno more than that (normally 165-170hp and 240-280 tq).

Forgot to mention those numbers were on a motor with 58miles with an ihi, front mount, fuscia colored injectors, adj camgear,gutted top intake, full exhaust, and 13lbs of boost.. so i dont think it was too bad.

As for the Mismatched/dirty couplers lol the intake side has been completely welded and the turbo side is next. Now that i got your header on it im gonna weld. and it has new springs, the heads been ported and polished and reseated, and was tested for leaks! and it was advanced 6*
