Boosting 10 psi

So I have a mostly stock 2.3 from a tc with a wilson racing megasquirt (second hand). The non stock items are a fmic, t04e churbo and 370cc (36# @ 43.5 like the stock injectors) RC Engineering low impedance injectors. Its running pretty good and my AFR are in line...until I get to 10# of boost. I have watched the duty cycle meter peg at that point when full stabbing it. I thought it was a FPR issue but the pressure gauge moves with boost and vacuum line removal. I had a pump failure but that is now replaced with a BBK 255lph pump. Scott seems to think that because of the FMIC that 10# is all the injectors are good for, but from what I read the premium switch allowed for 15# on the stock switch and many people running 17-18 psi with the stock regulator and a FMIC. The tank is 93 octane so its not a fuel quality issue (and has been filled from multiple stations never getting lower that 1/4 tank) and has acted the same way.
You can see in my VE table how far I have made it into boost with the auto tune because that area is different than the rest. I realize that I will need to manually smooth around it, that is not the issue.
Thanks in advance for the help.

If fuel pressure does what it should under boost (goes up 1 psi for every 1 psi of boost and holds it to redline) then you're out of injector. There is no ambiguity in this. You'll need to test fuel pressure under boost to know for sure.
I agree that you should be able to get more than 10psi out of it with your mods but you can see duty cycle in a datalog and if it exceeds 100% the injectors are supplying all the fuel they can at whatever fuel pressure they are getting from the pump. Running them over 90% isn't really a good idea either. So check fuel pressure and if it's doing what it should (it's probably not), then upgrade the injectors. If it's not doing what it should, figure out why (plugged filter, leaky hose in the tank, etc.).

I am figuring the settings on the injectors are wrong. Which would explain why TS thinks that the duty cycle is too high. I have already admitted to you in a pm that I should have gone with a pimp so I could have had you and wes as my support but I got what I got and I gotta make it work. I don't like shotgunning parts (ie bigger injectors) when diagnosis is required, just need someone who knows more than me to look at it for a few minutes and tell me that it is definitely the injectors.

I didn't say to purchase larger injectors. I said you need to check fuel pressure under load. This is the proper means of diagnosis.

Does it get progressively worse with increasing rpm?

Wes yes Stinger I rode around with fuel pressure guage on and it climbs to 50 matching boost. Which is why I stated fpr was working correctly in first post.

And it holds that 50 psi to redline correct?

yup. I need to charge my laptop up then I can go for a blast and log it. which variables do you want to see?
Also a question came up last night when Garfield was looking at the tune, he seems to think that number of squirts per cycle should be 1 not 2 as I have it in my tune.

It can be 2 alternating squirts with 35lb injectors without any negative effects.
You don't select variables when logging, It records all available and we select which ones we want to look at when viewing.

Was this not set for you when you got the ECU? I'm not sure what Scott provides but I'd be surprised if this wasn't already setup.
It should be 2 alternating, not 2 simultaneous.

Well, switch it to alternating and see how it goes. If it doesn't improve things significantly (duty cycle under 90% when boost is where you want it), you're out of injector and need to upgrade.

I'm still curious about the injector settings
