Ya i also did that and came up with .66 at idle car seems to make about 13.5~ ish volts

Use that number and see where your idle VE ends up. If it's way off from where it should be, we need to look at your injector part # to verify they are 83lb.

Where are your idle VE numbers after changing the dead time to .66 and re-tuning to 14.7 AFR at idle?

I have my dead time set at 0.60 ( from the chart from holley at 13.6-14 volts 0.60 is between the two. Still no change even after retune.
I also tried turning off ego and accell enrichment. Still no difference
The only thing i havnt messed with is the timing table.
This issue it killing me! Im not sure what else i can do? And

I believe i got issue fixed, on required fuel calculator i had 140cid and it was required fuel 10.0 and and i changed it to cc's (2301) and it changed required fuel to 4.4

Those two required fuel values are stock injector vs 83lb so that will certainly make a large difference. You should expect to have to re-tune your fuel/ve table if it was tuned with a required fuel of 10.0.
