Here's some pics of our '31 Model A powered by a '88 Turbo Coupe 2.3L. This project has been going on for about 3 years and these are of the initial build and mockup. Currently the truck is in pieces for the motor build and final welding on the frame. The rest of the drivetrain are a T-5 and a Winters quickchange. Motor mods include: .030 over CP pistons stock crank turned 10-10 reconditioned stock rods fully reworked, ported and polished iron head Manley big valves Boport 2.5 cam gutted upper, knife-edged lower intakes Borg Warner 7064 turbo Siemens 60 lb injectors Stinger fuel rail Pimpx Stinger harness

I'm estimating around 2100 lbs. Yeah, that worries me a little bit.

Scoot in a good way, I hope. The quickchange has a locker in it with the weakest springs. We can move it around the shop pretty good, I just hope we don't have a push on the road especially if it's wet.

Looks like it's got plenty of rear tire for straight line traction. Have to wait and see how it turns with a locker and the big rear/small front tires.

Wedge cut on the running boards so they line up with the wide fenders is a nice touch.
