Currently running with brown top injectors. They have been rebuilt but are old. I think one is bad and will replace all of the with new ones. I am using a PimpX ECU and my car is mildly modified. Bigger turbo, Intercooler, 3" exhaust. What would be my best choice for replacement? Want ones that will fit my stock fuel rail and no modifications to my wiring harness. My first thought was the FID525s with adapters. Just a car I play around with on weekends. hopped up everyday driver

The FID525's or Seimens Deka 60's would both be a good choice and are direct fit for your rail/harness.

Bought a Bo-Port stage 3 head with 2.1 cam. Should I purchase the next size up injectors? Was going to buy FID525s last year

I'd go to 80lb/850cc at minimum with that head/cam.

Just wondering if I still could maintain a decent idle with 80lb injectors? I know I would like to have the best of both worlds, may have gone overboard for street ability, trying to be more competitive in CAM-T Solo but still want to cruise on the highway

Cruising on the highway should never be a problem since that's enough RPM for any injectors and cam to be functional.
We typically say around 80's is as large as we suggest you go with batch fire 2.3's so it will be fine. You can certainly go smaller, you'll just be injector limited in terms of how much power you can make (injectors will support less power than the head/cam).

I bought the FID850 Injectors. What do I need to change in the PimpX setup? Do I have to add/move some jumpers. Originally ran with the stock brown tops. One was leaking and all very old so I thought it best to replace them and since I have the Boport head installed I decided to go with the 80s as you suggested

Good evening stinger... putting together a 2.3 with boport stage 3 head porting and a boport 1.5 cam. Intake is ported and gutted as well. FMIC, 3" exhaust by yours as well. Boport T3/T4..plan on running at 18 PSI. What injector would you suggest. Im thinking i need to be in the 66-80lb range. Going to be going with the Pimpx in the very near future as well, as im wanting more tunability than the factory can handle. Thanks

60's may be enough if you're not going to push it too hard, 80's give you more headroom and are the same/similar price. So I'd look at our 80lb Siemens or FID850's.
