i dont have spark unless i unplug the spout wire.. i only have voltage on red injector wire not on green un til i touch the spout wire together rapidly.... it sparks the coil and sends voltage to the green injector wire

Pulling spout removes the ECU from the spark equation so if it sparks only with spout removed this should indicate a problem with the ECU. If you're killing this many ECU's, you've got wiring issues as well.

It’s a wiring issue. I had the same issue. Replaced the TFI harness and connector and reinsulated the signal wires. Car fired right up. Prior it would fire with PIP removed only.
