ok, i put an 88 t/c engine in my 91 coupe, i used my n/a 91 t/b on the 88 t/c engine. so i wouldnt have to splice wires etc. but my 91 t/b has a pcv type tube extruding from the t/b that the t/c didnt have. when i block this off, the car runs rough. but if i uncap it, (cap blows off at 20 psi, lol) it idles smoother, but i have a vacuum leak? what is correct way to deal with this tube?

Plugging it off is the correct way to deal with it.
