A: We have no way to accept payment over the phone. You'll either need to pay with Paypal, or a money order/certified check.
I don't have a secretary and even if I did, she couldn't answer any of your tech questions (If you know of a secretary who could though, please provide me with her contact info!)
I don't have time to answer tech questions over the phone all day. Back when I had my number readily available, I spent all day "chatting" on the phone and got no work done. Even now when I give out my number on occasion, most abuse it and call constantly any time they have any small question. I realize this is inconvenient for you but think about how it is for me, especially when the answers are readily available to you if you spend a few minutes using the articles and forum I have provided for you.
This forum (along with all of the tech articles on the site) was created to hopefully answer most of the questions you will have. If you can't find the answer, ask it on here, or send an email.
If a phone call is the way you insist on communicating, send your phone number and a time of the day you're most typically free via email and I'll call you when I'm free. This isn't always quick though. Sometimes I'll call same day, other times it may be days before I call if the workload is high.
