Need some input on your best product fastest tuneing essayist to run.The 2 Or the 3 model. Car is a street car someday blower or turbo but for now tfs top end kit with f303 cam .Thanks.

For a blower or turbo V8 you'll definitely was the sequential setup which means you'd need the "xs" ECU.

So for my 95 cobra is all motor for this year and next year a blower or turbo you recommend what one I just want to make sure I order the best one.Also does it go into a self tuneing auto tune thanks.I don't mind spending money just want the best and and easier to use.Thanks.

The PiMPxs with software license is the only one we sell that is for your application. It is also the right one for your application (now and next year). It requires minor repinning for 94-95 cars (to get back to the A9L pinout) which is covered in the instructions, and can be viewed in the FAQ thread in the PiMPxs section.
When you purchase it with the software license it has the auto tune feature. This does not mean you plug it in and drive away and it magically tunes itself. You still have to read/follow the directions to get it up and running, then you can start auto tuning.
Note you'll also need a wideband (like our Spartan 2) if you don't already have a wideband.

Sorry I meant to say stock 02 sensor location or do I need a to drill and well in a 02 bung. But it sounds like you put it where a stock 02 goes thank you will be ordering in about 2 months when I pull my car out.Thanks

Innovate makes like 10 different wideband products so I have no way of comparing the products for you. They both read AFR the same. Spartan 2 has the ability to adjust for ground offsets that can make the laptop and gauge read differently, and it's something we directly support.
