New to the forum, I've been lurking around for a while looking at the Pimpxs for my build. I have decided this is the way to go for many reasons but the top reason is the customer support I see on the forum! Its unbelievable the support you guys offer!
The build: 77 jeep cj5 with a 289 block, forged pistons, aftermarket rods, lunati race prepped crank AFR 165 heads Ported explorer intake Comp cams 258xe, Roller rockers Turbonetics 62-1 turbo ZF 5spd Dana 60s
Jeep is mostly tube framed, linked suspension with nitrogen struts.

That's a pretty cool build! Nice looking fastback in the background as well.

That's a pretty cool build! Nice looking fastback in the background as well. That is next! I was toying with a coyote build for that but after lurking around and really looking at what pimpxs can do and the COP setup! I'm now leaning heavily towards a twin turbo stroker build, pimp powered of course!

Yeah, I need to make a post about that. That's a great sales tool. I pulled out the laptop and showed my buddy what itll do in my Lightning and he was on the fence. But I think I convinced him with that video. Hes got two foxes to do so I'm sure he will be getting with you guys soon. Best bang for the buck out there. Sorry to threadjack the CJ is sweet by the way. Hope to see some videos once complete and running. My built motor loves the freedom of the Pimpx over the stock stuff. A 408 would be a nice add to the mustang OP.

No issues with the threadjack, its on topic, its all good!
The freedom is what pulled me into the pimpxs. The cop is just another added bonus! I had an old holley digital 4brl throttle body setup on the jeeps original amc V8, took me a while to really learn how to properly tune it but once I figured it out the jeep ran great.
I have an A9L for the jeep but I just love the megasquirt based computers and the ability to tune and tweak things!
I'm definitely looking at a stroker build, 408 or 427. Definitely boosted as well, PimpXS with COP.

Definitely boosted as well, PimpXS with COP. That's my biggest regret I stayed 351. I should have spent the extra $400 for the stroker. And I'm thrilled with just the standard PimpX so far. I'll eventually go sequential with coil on plug when it gets boost.
