Found the problem. Took pump out, camps were tight, figured I'd take everything apart and check it all. Square filter looks great. Little filter at inlet of actual pump is caked with all kinds of stuff!! Not sure how it made it past the big filter but it did. Cleaning now.

Fixed it. Pump was just dirty, not going out. So now, since i can't really find anything overly close to my setup. Could you tell me about what you think im making based on the basic info? If so, completely stock 84 long block, no head work, no intake work(inline), la3 and 35#, centermount with wastegate blocked off, grimmspeed manual boost controller on stock actuator(can't really tell where its set to because for the most part it seems to open around 12-15 but will still creep to like 18 in higher rpm), front mount(can't remember demintions but its slightly shorter then the 89 core support and about 12-15" tall maybe 3-3.5" thick), fpr but its set to stock pressure(now 14.7 idle 14.7 cruise 10 under boost), 3" downpipe and all the way to the muffler cavity where it goes to 2.5 and into a straight through muffler, factory t3 with .63 and the impeller has a few little chips in it but not to bad, no filter at the moment but will have k&n here soon, walbro 255 but im not sure its really needed at this point but flow still helps i guess, right around 10° with spout out, factory coil, newer cap and button although I can't remember if it was motorcraft or not, motorcraft plugs at .025, motorcraft wires, new tps @ .94. And im thinking that was it. Granted the clutch is old and at its limits it seems tires aren't best 7.5 open diff with stock 89 2.3 gears yata yata yata, but if that was all good because it will be soon(have 8.8, clutch is on way and tires after those two), about what should i expect? BTW I'm running 93 octane and have it in premium mode. Just a rough round about would be nice. Thank you!

The FMIC and header and extra 2-3 psi are the only real performance mods (exhaust necks down to 2.5 for instance which kills most of the gains). Stock is about 160-165 whp at 15psi in "new" condition, yours likely has more blowby, leaky valve seats, etc. that likely negates most of your performance gains. So I'd say you're somewhere in the 180-200 whp range,

Yea about 180 is what i was thinking too because if not mistaken the early cams aren't as good as the later and the intake. This might be a bit of a dumb question as well, but if I'm going down the road at say 45 and drop gear and really kick it, it almost feels like the axle is going a little crooked. Its a 2.3 car factory and doesn't have the quad shocks, but im wondering if its just how the car is squating or if the bushings are really that bad or possibly a cracked torque box that i over looked. I have the 8.8 axle, but not the hardware yet and would like to get a full brake line kit while I'm there. Is it normal for it to squat and make it feel like its going crooked a bit from your experience or should I not drive the car in this state? Im not sure if this is even the section for these sorts of questions, I just don't want to tear my rear end out and create more work.

It's likely the lower control arm bushings or shot on one side or something like that.
