What's an intake elbow?
Stock throttle body is certainly a restriction over 350hp or so.
The things that typically hold back builds that have "all the right parts" are a shoddy tune, pump gas (octane limited so you can't run enough boost to reach the goal), and with stock bottom ends, ring seal/blowby (depending on engine condition).

the intake elbow I’m referring to is the upper intake , never got mine rotated and ported yet , think I might need to port match the flip kit adapters to, after I do those things was going to have an actual tuner look at it thanks for the input as always , I’m in pump gas right now , been reading as much as I can about tuning trying to get better at it , at 20 psi right now and added a degree of timing in boost , It rips and sounds good couldn’t be happier , but as we are car guys we always want more lol

Oh, yeah I've never heard of someone running a ported lower intake with a stock upper. That's a huge restriction, way worse than the throttle body.
If you want an actual tuner to look at it, post your tune and a datalog of it running under the conditions you want it analyzed at and we'll take a look at it. Post it in the PiMPx support section.
