So I have the single 3” exhaust but can’t seem to get the one Torctite Clamps to tighten down enough on the tail pipe side of the muffler exit. The tail pipe can still spin a bit. Maybe I need a new clamp? All of the others are tight and leak free..

It's the muffler end holding it open. Slit the muffler outlet 3-4 times so it will shrink a bit when clamped down. If you have a clamp box it outlines this on the box.

Look at how far the clamp overlaps the muffler outlet, mark it if necessary, and make sure the slots are at least a quarter inch shorter than that.

Also make sure there is enough straight section on the tailpipes end for the clamp to lay flat on. If there isn't, move the muffler forward so there is less overlap at the outlet to increase straight section length.

Ok! It’s straight there the bend is 3/4” away at least after the clamp

Still leaking:/ I pulled the muffler made 4 slits tightened it all back together and it’s still leaking any other tips for a dummy like me? So I got it fixed? Decided to go get some beers and came back to the garage drinking one and spotted a roll of 2-1/2” thin metal cut a chunk off wrapped it around the exhaust slid it under the clamp and tightened it down and boom no leak! Sometimes you just need a beer haha

Not sure why it needed that but regardless I guess if it's not leaking/loose anymore then it's good to go.
