Back in March of 2019, I took my junk to the dyno. I'm on the OG PiMP, as x/xs hadn't been released yet. Combo is: Stock 302 shortblock 3 bar gt40's that are ported 1.7 Cobra/Crane rockers Howard's cams 225/231@.050, 112 lsa, 108 int centerline, .566/.577 peaks Speedmaster 4150 efi intake 70mm tb Holley 120lb injectors (Resistors wired on each power feed) Twin Aem 380's Self fabricated turbo system E85 fuel ITS 80/79 GT80R turbo C4 with kevlar bands, alto reds, rvmb, and TCI billet servo Turbo converter (no idea on the stator) 8.8 with 3.08 gears. 24psi, .76 lambda, 17 degrees, it laid down 602/544 on a dynojet. I'm switching to a billet s480 this year and aluminum heads for weight savings. Right now with the stock k-member and iron heads, it weighs 2742 without me and 2929 with me. I'm going to try to get it to weigh less than 2700 with me in it, and a 10-pt cage.

That should be a rocket!
I imagine the C4 has high enough stall that it would likely read quite a bit higher with a manual trans?
What sort of times are you hoping to run?

If I run it with this turbo, I would like to see a 5.90@118-120 range in the eighth out of it. I'm just reluctant to run it because this turbo is a low performer to say the least. I expected more. It spools slow, and makes about 100 less than I wanted it to. With the s488, I'll be shooting for 900 wheel or 5.40's...I just know that I want 5.40's. 900 wheel should exceed that lol.

That should be a rocket! I imagine the C4 has high enough stall that it would likely read quite a bit higher with a manual trans? It flashes to 5400 and makes peak power at 5600. It's not super loose, but I would say it has around 25% drivetrain loss. I'm running no filters in the injectors and 58psi of base pressure, and I was at 58% duty cycle on 86% ethanol.

Yeah, sounds like the turbo may be the culprit. The BW turbos are bad mofo's so you should be happy when you upgrade.
