I have a 2002 Ford Excursion that I will swapping a 3.5EB from a 2019 Ford Raptor into. I'm looking at the EC-35. I have a couple questions around this swap though:
1. What do I need for OEM components? Pedal, fuel pump, fuel pump module, bcm, ecm, tcm, factory harness? 2. Will this work for the current gen raptor engines with direct and port injection? 3. Does it control transmission functions as well? If not, how do you recommend handling? 4. Does it handle any BCM functions? 5. Any other components required?

Also, The installation manual shows it's for the 4.6 and 5.4 S/C engines, is this still the correct IM for this application.

1: The EC-35 is just the harness, there are no electronics included. So you need the ECM and any external modules that can't be deleted via a tune (which you'll need to consult with your tuner to figure out as each tuner can do different things). 2: I believe so, I'd have to consult with the supplier to verify. 3: Wiring for the transmission is included, the ECU/TCM controls it (not included). 4: Harness only, it includes no modules. 5: Yes, anything you can't delete via a tune is required.
